Replying to I NEED info on Candide!!!!

Ok, so I was under the sad impression that Candide wasn't competing this year due to his back, and yet....

And yet, he's available for 45k for FFL and some dude in the FFL forum said that Candide IS competing, despite the fact he's not on the athlete list for any event.

Now, I'm a huge fan of Candide and would love to see him storm back in and take another gold at X, even in pipe maybe. However, I think its dishonest and unfair (if he IS gonna compete) that some people know and some people don't.

Can anyone that KNOWS (Lolo?) please confirm whether or not he's competing at X? If so, my team needs rethinking drastically.
