Replying to Armada policy

Alright so i have AR6's from last year, i took them to my shop to get tuned and my manager who does the tuning and such notices there is a chunk out of the base, and the edge is about to come out, almost dead cener. We remove the ptex on the bottom and there is a crack going almost all the way through the core. they will most likely break in half with the next few rails i hit. i know this is most likely impact damage but do you think i could do anything about it with the company? it couldn't hurt to try i guess. opinions please.
