Ipod warranty, and ipod touch question

alright, i know there are A MILLION threads on this shit, but i don't really care.
anyways my ipod is not working right. when i plug in my headphones to the headphone jack, only one headphone works. it's not the headphones i tried other pairs, and same thing. if you push back the thing really hard it works. i still have a warranty at best buy and i'm wondering do you think they would warranty it? hopefully it's not fixable if so?
also if i can get it warrantied, is it worth getting the ipod touch? just want some opinions on the bad boy.

if its not fixable through it on the ground a couple times then it wont be fixable and they will cover it

The best buy warranty is soo dope. What kind of ipod was it? Best buy should give you store credit for whatever you paid for it.

i took it back today, and they sent it in. the guy there said he thinks they will be able to fix it which sucks ass. hopefully it's broke, if not i think ill sell it on ebay and just pay a little more for the touch cause it is awesome.
