Replying to Collar Bone Surgery

I broke my right collar bone about three years ago in the pipe and it broke such that it was like a green stick. The bottom was still connected and the top split apart. Doctors just said let it heal and gave me a sling. Well it never healed and I ended up breaking it 3 more times. Well not really breaking it but bending the green stick more. This friday at keystone I fucked it up again and now it hurts, again.

I was wondering if A) anyone has had this type of break before and B) Has anyone had collar bone surgery and do you recommend it?
