Is there a program to make your own clipart picture?

i wanna make a black and white picture, just of like a skier doing a grab in the air. so is it possible that i can take a picture live of myself, and then like kinda photoshop it type thing into a clipart so the background is white and the skier is black?

There was a wizard in my school, the only one in the world that can do something like that.  Because of his wizardry, we burned him at the stake.  Unfortunately, you will not be able to do it now, because he never shared his methods.
