Replying to Newest Ad's

So recently I've been noticing new banner ad's and such around the site and they are not for ski companies. I know Publisher's Clearing House can make the site more money than EC Headwear, but EC is a core SKI company started by a member of this site. I'm just a bit scared of the fact that I am seeing non-ski related ad's on a website started for, and dedicated to, skiing. So what's the deal and does this bother anyone besides myself?
