Quick Crocheting Question

when making a hat, instead of doing 2 rows of doubles and than going to the sdsdsd ssdssdssd and so on, can i just do all doubles around and still have a normal looking hat?

doubles around the whole hat? no

assuming doubles are two single stitches into the same hole

you need to follow the pattern in order for it to curve down because if you keep doing doubles you keep increasing the number of stitches in the outside of the hat and you wont let it curve down.

ya it wont work, it goes into waves as the guy above me said then the hat just gets real messed up.

yep as soon as you start getting the wave you have to do wayyyy less
