sign company, used lexan it was. It would've only taken us 3-4 days but we got pissed because the right side rail wasn't bending right so we quit for a couple weeks. We just finished it all today.
yes im am proud to announce that i helped build that beast.
Hey farva, whats that resturaunt you like with all the goofy shit on the walls and the mossarlla sticks?....... Shenanigans, your talkin about shenanigans right?

maybe if I lived in a ski community. Grand Haven, Michigan doesn't have the biggest mountains and skiers that would grind rails in their back yard. I could ship it around the US, but that would be at least $100.
we made a flat box too. we were thinkin about makin another rail. what do you guys think rollercoaster s, s, c, or rainbow c. box or rail.

yeah it was just a crap 8 foot long, 2 feet wide flat box with angle irons on the side. It was a waste of lexan. The only thing different about it now is the paint job.
for the lexan top, did u use a specific kind? where did u get it? did u have plans for that blueprints? i wanna build something like that, just dont know where to get the materials? any help is great, thx
Its kinda crapy lexan but still expensive, got it from a sign shop junkyard type thing where they put old signs. No we didn't have blueprints, we just thought about it alot and actually sketched the basic shape out a lot. Mostly we figured out dimensions in our heads. Its hard to build but just start by cutting out the plywood and shape of the rail then work from there.
I'll sell them to anybody in the US for $300 shipped. Nobody will pay that for one rail, and that is what it will cost me and how I will make at least 50 profit. But I will build a quality C-box for that?? eh anyone?
Yeah shipping would be $100, but the box would have to weigh under 150lbs. Also the people buying it would have to get a trailor to pick it up from the UPS station or shipping center.

what equipment did u use, i mean drills and such cause i need to know what i need to use to make some ill raibow like u did, also for the lexan anybody know where i can get some, and did u use pvc pipe or what for the rail, how far above the lexan did u put it? like 1/2 inch above the lexan so u actually ride the rail?
basic stuff plus a rotor drill, to rotor the edge to fit the round, STEEL, railing in. I don't know, thers like an inch of metal sticking up from lexan, maybe less than that. Just use common sense I guess.
hit it with that little toy car in the background til it snows...now thats amusing. and get it on video so i can see.

something is needed because most likely your skis will flex and hit the lexan in spots. Also on the bottom curve, the rail is less than a half inch above the lexan, so you would definitely hit.
dude im kinda gettin tired of this. Use common sense. I already said lexan is $300 for a 4x8 sheet. Yes they sell wood, yes they sell piping, its called fence pipe though for fences and its pry 20 feet long. AND YES THEY SELL WOOD.
