dude ur scaring me. I think I did the same. I overrotated ab flip off a cliff (like biggest ive hit) and my upper chest KILLEEDDD. i still skied the next day but complained like a FUCK all day. shit son. it only hurts a bit now but dammnnn.

a friend of mine landed on his head and broke his sternum and now he has a metal plate in his chest. it was such a horrible thing to witness.
