What does a McTwist look like? I saw it in a trick tip in freeze, but I couldn't follow the sequence

actually, aftre reading your other post i guess you don't know. uhhh, a misty eh, a misty is not like the lincoln like you thought, but more like your other thought, the forward inverted spin. Easiest way i can explain it is a forward flip but simply rolling over your shoulder. go to skiing motion.com, the footage is old but the basics are all there and they usually give pretty good explanations

A McTwist is a misty 5 in the pipe. A misty 5 is like a frontflip 180 a little corked to the side.
