ive skied two different years of the MSP and they start out on the stiff side for a twin tip but as they ride they soften up a lot to the more medium area for a twin. they are sick all mountain skis especially for the east but because they soften up they're real fun in the park too. one of the best skis ive been on.
Yah I'd say they might be a little too stiff for park, but I only have like 10 days on mine, so if krongos is right they might soften up. Its a real consistant flex to, from the tip the tail they are pretty stiff, not like 2x4s becasue its still possible to flex them a decent amount. I weight like 215 by the way.
They are stiff, but they are a great ski. Super sturdy at high speeds, the foot on them are 92 so they are good for those random pow days. They are a little on the heavy side, I dont ride them in the park. I would suggest you get them, and then buy a cheap park ski or a used park ski that is if you can. If you ride mostly park I would think maybe a different ski. Hope this helps.
i already have last years pipe cleaners and they're sick, but i want somehting that can work a little better on all mountain and some pow, but still hit the park from time to time. I also weigh 215 and im 6'2'', so i dont really mind if theyre a little heavy, i can handle it. But is there anything else that you guys would suggest?
