How to swap lenses on goggles

hey so every1 knows- i searchbarred this and nothing came up! dont gimme shit about it!

aight any1 know how easy it is or safe it is to swap lenses on a-frames kuz i might buy some new blue iridium lenses or something for night skiing and i needa know if its easy to replace my current lenses? any1 know?

Take out the lens that is in the frame? Not that tough bud.

do you just pop it out? i'd be afraid of the lens cracking. then how do you put them back in?

just gram the frame in the nose area and on the top center and pull and the lense should come half out then just pull the lense the rest of the way out... and for puting it back in i find it easier on most gogs to start with the nose, just line up the little nubby things with the slot-ish thing on the lens
