I saw a man kill himself

dude you would be so surprised about how many people kill themselves by jumping in front of trains. Something like 70 people in a year jumped in front of trains on one subway line.

i have a question, why didn't his plan work? just curious...

suicide is not cool

underneath it you have a highway, a ravine, and a river.  i guess the city was tired of dragging corpses out of the bush.

Jumping infront of trains at underground stations is one of the most common methods people use to kill themselves in London. Its fucking annoying when you want to take the tube into London and theres the good old "person under train" sign at the front doors. Probably happens like once a week.

In fact, every tunnel station has something called a suicide pit. The section of the track along the platform has a 1.5ft deep trench inbetween the rails so that corpses dont get caught in the train's axle. Corpses can be quickly removed and service can resume promptly.

i was a my friends house about five years ago, and when i came back my mom told me my neighbor had killed himself. apparently he was on the phone with his wife, and he said he was going to do it so she called the cops and he did it while they were on there way. he blew his fuckin brains out with a 12 gauge in the back yard. my brother told me that the cops came around the corner of our neighborhood doing about 40 mph, but they werent fast enough.

another thing. my brother is in the navy, and is an avionics tech person. when he was down in curacao (i think thats how its spelled), he was on his way back from the base on the military bus at about 5:00 in the morning. there were some native teenagers who were joyriding in there mothers car and were apparently high as hell, and he said that all he say was there lights drift into the other lane, and then they hit the bus. he hit one of the guard rails on the bus and the bus then hit a tree on the side of the road. he got out and say the two teenagers both dead on impact, with their brains and blood all over the fuckin place. cops later arrived no one on the bus was hurt, but his friend was missing until they found him jammed under the driver seat. my brother was really shooken up.
my mom picked me up at school and told me that there was an accident. she then proceeded to tell me what i wrote about his situation.
it was kind of wierd because earlier that day i had been thinking about what it would be like if my brother lost an arm or a leg in an accident while on deployment.

about 1 1/2 years ago i was at an airshow where two bi-planes collided, killing three people

last week was a horrible week for murders in my area of the city. a block from my school a man was stabbed to death on his front porch and another man was found dead in an apartment parking lot 2 minutes from my house, i dont live in a particularily bad neighborhood either

when i was 3 my dad said he saw a man get out of his car on the side of the highway and get hit by a car. the car went out of the ditch and rolled i think. all the people in the car died and the man that got hit was dead on the road, missing his legs as a woman got out of the car and proceeded to go into shock or something, walking in a circle aound the man and screaming.

the last story is not completely accurate but im quite sure thats wat happened

My friend shot himself in the head at a party in front of everyone and his ex-girlfriend in front of the house, it was horrible probaly the most gruesome thing ive ever seen, all because he couldnt handle his ex girl friend and was super stressed. He died 16 hours later rip..

that sucks that he didn't die instantly I bet it hurt so much

Yesterday on Rt. 128 near Boston, I saw a guy behind his "Broken down" car do a flying leap in front of an 18-wheeler.  It swerved and almost hit a bunch of other cars on the highway.  We were about 25 feet in front of the truck in the next lane over, coming back from Wachusett.  Shit's fucked up.  What would make a person do that shit.  The dude in that truck is gonna have to live with the fact that he killed someone for the rest of his life even though it wasn't his fault.  What kind of attention-seeking asshole would pin his death on someone else just so it will be on the news and people will feel bad for him?  That dude's a fucking cunt, hands down.  This shits been bothering me all night because i actually saw the dude get hit and go under the wheels.

so do you think it was a "my life sucks, so this will be sweet if it works, but otherwise its better than eating lead" or a "im giong to be on ripleys for sure!" plan?

Fortunately Iv'e never experianced a death but my Stepmom in Afghanistan was riding air sentry in an armoured vehicle (Air sentries are the crewmen manning the machine gun on top of the turret) when a kid chasing his dog ran out in front of the convoy and got crushed by the wheels. It really affected her for a while she had said but they have to get over thigns like that in order to do their job.
She says in the grand scheme of things over there that wasn't one of the most horrible things people has witnessed

My parents told me about this dude in N.H. that killed his sister and her kids and then ran out onto I 93 to commit suicide. The car that was about to hit him swerved and as a result the guy lived but the occupants of the car died (husband and wife I believe) from crashing off the road. The asshole was obviously not right in the head, but should still be locked up for eternity.
