thats basically the best place to practice reaching for grabs...then move to the tramp.
I have the same problem, i thought they would be easy because im fairly flexible. we just did fitness testing todayfor gym and we did the "sit and reach" test which is where you sit with legs straight and see how far you can reach and i can reach 8 inches past my toes.
but for some reason i cant get them while skiing, its annoying because those are my favorite.
