Help me find some sweet shops on the east coast so I can set-up meetings for SIA this year.
I have search-barred it, but I wanna know about the smaller, less known shops, not just d-structure, axis and Jibij....
go!

forgot to mention, as stated before you'll more than likely just be talking to someone at their Rochester headquarters, but if you get at anyone in 'Cuse talk to Nate, he's basically the man.

i worked at ski barn last year, we sold armada,atomic,k2,rossi,dynastar,salomon, volkl, and nordica twin tips. Mike D, the regional manager, Rob, and the Owner all went to SIA last year, i remember they brought back catalogs of shit and i was looking at it all......i doubt they will sell any moment or those types of companies this year. We did have a pretty big variety i thought last year.

i have had a great experience with proctorjones.com.
i will for sure be buying from them and reccomending them in the future to others.
i read that they arent going to the SIA but u can still contact them and possibly set up a meeting i think it would be worth your time.

I agree completely, that shop is trash now. I bought my skis there at the beginning of the season(I live in Danvers), broke both brakes on my bindings, not a big deal, so I went back to just buy some new brakes because I didnt want to wait for shipping. He tells me that he will need to install them, will need both boots, and it will take about a week(LOL) and then starts trying to sell me shit. When I come back at the end of the week, already a ridiculous amount of time for brakes i could have easily put on, they still dont have them done/that guy starts to say he doesnt even have the brakes. That guy's a bullshitter. Seemingly nothing too bad about that, but i was missing my skis for a week in february...

PGlenn Represent!
I really enjoy telling everyone in that store about what's hot and what's not.
"Yeah, Line makes a 100% symmetrical ski."
"What is symmetrical?"
"It means that no matter which way you ski it it will be the same."
"Why the fuck would you want to ski backwards?"
"You're hopeless. Peace."
