Mad ear pain with my giro helmet

does anyone get, or know how to fix such a problem. the ear pads (both tuneups and non) on the giro g10 and omen hurt my ears ridiculously after about an hour or two. it sucks. they dont even press against my ears much. anyone have any solutions? thanks

take the ear pads off and just wear a head band underneath. that's what i do. its warmer anyways

The same thing happens to me with some of my hats, I don't know why. My helmet feels fine. Maybe loosen the strap? Anything is worth a try.

sounds like you have your stap too tight, because i have a g10 and its mad comforble on my ears and head and i ware my goggles underneith my helmet so i dont hae one of the knarly goggle gaps
