Looking for a fairly fat all around ski (90mm or fatter)

I live on the west coast, and what I have is just far too narrow.

Well that narrows you down to about 100 different skis.

More info man - height, weight, type of skiing you will be doing, past skis, ability etc.

140lbs

type of skiing? skiing that requires something that requires something about 95mm wide or wider... I only have 2 pairs of park skis right now and a pair of 04 ARVs I'd like to upgrade from.

I've tried out a lot of skis, so listing past skis is boring and irrelevant...

Yeah.. I'd be down with Seths, Scratch BC/Brigades, Newer ARV's, JP Juliens, Gotamas Whatever..

For the record, the ski I REALLY want is a pair of Moment Rubys... but 550 w/o bindings is probably too steep for me right now... especially if I can get a pair of hellbents for 400 (dont dare ask me how)

and yes it does matter... your height and weight could dictate the flex you want or how much ski you could handle and have fun with


lil vague on the type of skiing............. alot of ski types need 95 + you riding inbounds or out? you dropping cliffs? hitting booters? charging? straigh tlining? just riding glades? powder days? crud? everyday? what in particular do you spend most of your time skiing

line anthems and ANTs both fit your description but are about as different as you get

dude get those hellbents!!!! the most fun skis ever, seriously. get those and don't get anything else!!!! you will thank the shit out of me. and 400 is a sick price for those skis. but seriously dude, GET THE HELLBENTS.

k, let me reiterate: if you don't get those hellbents then you are really retarded.

i just skied mine west recently, and i was soo happy on them. ahhhbviously RAD in the pow, mad manueverable on steeps, and stable on cliff huckings. i've skied them on the east too, and they can also rip mad groomers all day.

well.. as a poor college student, I cant afford 450 (actually its 50 bucks more than i previously stated..) plus another 200 for a good fuckin binding.. (i wouldnt shortchange myself there...) so with all that said, i'm out of luck there... its going to be like 650 + tax.. which is a killer fucking price because most places thats the price of the ski alone...

but its a price i cant afford RIGHT now... with classes needing to be paid for and shit.

So...

let me start over.

WTB: A decently fat ski for a pretty sick price with bindings included...
