hey guys
So i got a pair of Salomon Z10 bindings
They are currently at 5 din

so i need to change them up
What do u think i should put them up to?

Im about 5 10
140 pounds

I would put them to around 7 if i were you (but its all personal preference). And i would get the Look px18. I just love that binding for some unknown reason (in a non sexual way) :P.

this is the kid that keeps falling out of his skis when he does nose presses. This may not be for you but i would keep cranking them until i didn't fall out.

Ya you can basically do it on any ski, I can do it on my Gotamas which are mounted just back of Fr. (although i do pop out on occasion.)

Ya i would set them at 7 but remember that not only will they not come out as easily  for nose presses but also for cliffs, rails and booters. So you have to take that into consideration (this is why i permanently have to wear a knee brace doing sports) so you don't want to take to lightly. And ya you will still be able to do nose presses even if your skis rn't center mounted its just not as easy as if they were.

@ type 3, chart says you should be at 6 on toe and heel - so i'd try that first..if you are still coming out then i'd increase by half and see how that goes..
