So I'm my school's new mascot

Our school just got a mascot, its a big blue horse and for some reason they're letting me be the guy in it.  Tomorrow night is the debut of the thing at our basketball game and its going to be HUUUUGE. the game is a giant rivalry between our school and another who are tied for 1st in our conference, and "game of the week" on all of our news stations... Give me some suggestions of things to do, stunts, or other ways to get the crowd pumped up.

well if youve ever been to a basketball game, especially a toronto raptor game, the mascots always taunts and chirps the other team, the players, the coaches, and sumtiems the refs
like during warm-up just bother the other team in their warm up, stand behind one making odd/funny gestures, that always works, and when a guy goes for a shot or lay up, stuff the crap outta him...

Agreed. Why do you think Barney smoked crack? To get fucking hyphy. If you are hyphy during a basketball game, you'll be mascot of the year. Just drop a few Big xs before you get suited up, you'll be doing double backflips and humping the other teams cheerleaders, it will be so epic.

i would advocate the use of some illicit substance, be it meth, coke, weed, or just copious amounts of alcohol.  really anything that will make it so that humping random things in a horse costume doesn't sound like such a bad idea.

Put mats behind the bleachers and fake falling off them. Better yet, get a friend to dress up in the opponents colors and have him push you off. Nothing riles up a crowd like a blue horse being attacked.

im a mascot for a college basket ball tournament, i get to go bounce off a trampoline and dunk. try to get a gymnastics mat and a little trampoline and do some dunks. get them to do the wave. over-exaggerate everything. silly shit makes people laugh. try to get some school tshirts and throw them out.

during warm ups, just stand on the other teams end under the hoop making fun of them. find the "best kid" on the team like by asking one of your players...when he goes up for a lay up stuff him and make him eat the damn ball!! then if he falls, put your foot on his chest, and hold up the #1 sign. that would fucking make me go crazy.

we have this thing at my pep rallys called spirit stick,
what goes down is people dressed in the other teams colors run out and then some pump up music kicks in
then our guys run out and beat them up and pull wrestling shit like breaking tables and jumping off shit

i cant offer any advice that hasnt already been given, but this thread is so full of win, both the prospect of being a mascot (thatd be so much fun) and all the ideas thrown around.
i gotta second the "smoke a whole lot of crack" suggestions though - family guy (cheese guy) and robot chicken (spongebob squarepants) cant be wrong

i know a good one. when the other team is warming up, copy them and imitate them but in a goofy way to make them look bad or girly. like when they jog, imitate them jogging like a freaking girly girl  who hasnt run before. its really funny.
