Who's leading who?

 
  ok so snowboarding and skiing. Free skiing has got alot of its influences from snowboarding, it is said often we used alot of their techniques in the park and the back country bringing them to skiing as a sport and using them to develop. i think we are starting to get ahead. i ski and snowboard, however i am becoming more of a skiier every day as skiing movie's, tricks, innovation and comunity seems to have taken over snow boarding. my thoughts are propted by seeing this:

am i just being bias and now enjoying skiing now more personaly or is skiing starting to get to a point where we a level and in some places starting to lead snowboarding. would be very interested in others opinions.
