Depends on what style of Reggae you are refering to
I'm kind of a Jamaican Music Snob, so not all of the above is "Reggae", it's Dancehall or Modern shit.
If you want to go back to the roots, I would check out The Gaylads, The Ethiopians, The Bleechers, Toots and the Maytals (definitely worth mentioning again), The Hippy Boys, Harry J Allstars, Jackie Mittoo...check out Trojan Records for even more amazing artists.
Also some great traditonal ska that is fun to ski to: Prince Buster, Desmond Dekker, The Skatalites, Laurel Aitken, Justin Hinds and The Dominos, Lord Tanomo, and anything on Studio One or Trojan Records.
That should keep you busy on Limewire or Torrent for a while.
