i was trying to do a flatspin 9 on my tramp and i i landed on the bar and totally killed my hamstring- it's all red, swollen and hurting like a mofo-- i have to be at work at 8 am and i am running around all day at work. does anyone have any tips to ease the pain so it is bearable tomorrow?
- i put icyhot on it and wrapped it for the swelling but i know it is still going to kill me tomorrow.
help!!! i need tips asap! please!
