I've always used it like when there's a little stash of pow on the side of a tracked out trail and you carve into it and it flies all over.

at my mountain we have funny ways of saying stuff.

1.simon dumont: if you over clear the landing and land too far its called a simon dumont ( from what happened in teddy bear crisis) ex. dude that kid just completely dumon'd the landing.... ouch

2. T-hall: we use it when someone lands on the knuckle of the landing ( like when tanner broke his ankles at chads gap) ex. ahh dude i just T-Hall'd

3.coping: meaning knuckle ( meaning begining of the landing)

4:mini shred: a crazy good kid

5. touriste: someone who goes in the park even though they have no buisness being there

6.swat: the patrollers

theres probably a bunch more im forgeting but thats enough for now

Geoff = the schralper in the park that every other kid stops to watch (example= "dang dude, did you see that Geoff in Jonesys stomping switch true tail cork tens")

Others:

Burley- large (burley cliff)
Haggard- sketchy / bumpy (haggard in-run)
Over-shoot- too much speed on a table
Lace- stomp (he laced that cork 3)
Greybird- foggy day
Thugmo's- Emo-thugs (tight pants, gold chains)
Fug-rats- fake thug park rats 
Nut (v.)- (he switch 180-to nutted that down-flat-down)
Pencil-jerk- stand up, non-fluent spin motion (he pencil-jerked that 3 hard core)
Deep- end of the transition (she landed deep on that 7)
Guinea pig- first one to test a kicker (That Geoff guinea pigged all three hits this morning)
Biter- dude who copies the trick another guy just threw
Gaper-stickers- a sticker on your skis of a ski brand other than the one they are stuck to
Vader- kid in all black outer-wear
Poach- duck the out of bounds ropes (we poached around tiger-tail all day)
Abort- puss-out last second before jump or rail
Tech (adj.)- he may not have thrown any 10's, but his x-games run was super tech
Clown- clashing rainbow outerwear
