Chicken Penne with mushrooms, redpepper and onions. So good. I was just about done, adding the last thing to the sauce, the cream, when I noticed my cream was in solid state. OH NO! So I had to improvise and add chicken stock. It turned out awesome so now I am eating it while drinking one of my favorite beers... ahhhh ya....
