I just got some new boots and was trying them out today and noticed that when i landed off of a jump, shin bang occured and it hurt like a bitch.
How do i make it so shin bang happens less often or not at all or simply just not hurt as much?

i have the scratch boots and i havent gotten it yet... *knock on wood*
My friend had shin pads from soccer and you could take the pad out to wash and stuff, and he said he tried it in his boot and it worked
God help us if you are not joking
If youwalk on your heals for a while you develop your shin muscles. Alsoyou can buy this stuff called Arnica Gel, which is just a homeopathic gel thathelps with pain. Other than that ice your shins after skiing.
