Replying to Vail, mid feb.
I likely have a chance to head out to Vail around the middle of Feb. Gonna be limited to Vail, no rides around to the other mountains. I was at Keystone around xmas last year and it was awesome, but no idea how it is in Feb.
I really don't care for park and don't have any plans on riding it while there IF i go, what I'm curious about is how are trees at Vail? I pretty much spent all my time at Keystone skiing trees. Also hows the snow around Feb, I've never really god powder skiing and I'm thinking this 4-5 days trip, if there's a good chance for some pow I might just have to buy some powder skis. While on that, is there anywhere / any sense in, renting some powder skis for a few days, I'd much rather shell out $100-120 for the trip and see how it fairs for me then put out $400+ on skis I'll use 1 trip a year.
Thanks
