Replying to Is the sony mpeg 4 a good camera?

ok this camera is 200 bucks, and it says it has cyrstal clear quality, it also says it has 4x optical zoom, is this a lot of zoom or not much at all. anyone ever used this camera before?? tell me what you think please.
