i like the defence (raspberry apple) best but i think that they are all pretty good.

I've only had Vita water a few times and every time it gives me stomach cramps, so I dont drink It anymore. But, my favorite flavor that I tried is XXX

because its not like drinking flavoured syrup with a little water in it
not that vitamin water has that much less sugar but at least it does provide you with purified water, electrolytes and although most of the vitamins are in very low doses every bottle has like 250% of your vitamin c which is one of the important vitamins
i find drinks like gatorade and powerade are very syrupy and arent refreshing at all...like drinking a coke when im thirsty i dunno thats just me

as for flavours: Power C (dragonfruit), Formula 50 (grape and i dont like it because of 50), Rescue (green tea), XXX (acai, blueberry and pomegranet?) and Essential (orange)
*these are off the top of my head so correct the flavours if im wrong
