Toronto, Ontario, Canada is a beautiful as well interesting place. There isbreathtaking scenery, wonderous shopping and dining, and lots of recreationalactivities to do.
In downtown Toronto, there is amazing street shopping on major roads such as Bloor Street and Queen Street. There are stores such asLacoste, Prada, Gucci and very expensive jewelry stores. It's better to walk, since there is tons of traffic along the roads usually, especially on theweekends. You can even go window shopping and it's tons of fun. The malls arealso quite amazing. Ones such as Yorkdale and The Eaton Center have over 100cool stores, but are always somewhat crowded.
The food in Torontois some of the best. We have exquisite restaurants! Some of the best aredowntown, as usual. Some are in hotels such as the Royal York, and others arejust along the street. You can also find good restaurants and eateries in North York, on Avenue Road. Although these restaurantshave very tasty, and sometimes gourmet, food, they are also expensive! Isuggest you try fine dining in Toronto.
There are tons of recreational activities toattend to in Toronto. Not just the YMCA, but private sports and recreations clubs, ski clubs in Northern Ontario, lakes, forests, and national parks. If you drive up to Muskoka, Collingwood, Thunder Bay and places like that, there are lakes, ski hills, and mountain bike hills and trails. It is really great fun.
The scenery around Ontario in general is wonderful. The lakes to see are beautiful, the ski hills blanketed in fresh white snow are breathtaking, and other vistas such as forests, national parks and rivers are also quite amazing. Wild animals roam around such as wild turkies, deer, moose, rabbits, foxes, coyotes, wolves, different birds, hedgehogs, moles, and porcupines. If you go for a walk or snowshoe in a national park or even a random forest in Ontario, if you are fairly quiet, you are sure to find some cool creatures. When you are skiing, you might even be able to spot a fox or coyote up on the hill. I think you should try it, it's quite enjoyable!
