i have a pair of salomon pro models (from a few years ago) and i need to adjust the canting but id on't have my little book anymore. can anyone tell me what way and how far you're supposed to turn your canting screw to adjust for being knock-kneed? any help would be appreciated cause my ankles are killing me and i think that's why
