Replying to Help Please

Okay here's the deal... I'm like the only 14 year old in Canada who hasn't had a girlfriend yet so my friend was trying to pick up chickies for me and he was just like 'hey' and they were all like 'oooooooo... aaaaaaa' and he's not hot or anything but when I try they're just like 'whatever'... I've tried everything you've posted in past threads but nothing seems to work... I was kinda hoping you guys could help me gain enough courage to ask out Tim's sister... hehe
