I have 1215 songs on my ipod. i got a new computer. the ipod is synced with a different computer. how do i keep all this music and sync it with another computer? and i tried to burn all of it onto CDs, and then 48 Cds later, i find out that the other comp. cant identify the songs. any ideas?
to keep all the music on your ipod you just have to check off manually add and delete songs in itunes on the new computer, unless u mean something totally different.
I had the same problem. What I did is, i changed my ipod to manuel upload or somethin like that. like whenever your ipod is plugged into your computer you can click on the ipod and change the settings to manuel. and from there i just kept all my old songs on my old computer and update my ipod on my new computer since i just add the songs whenever i want to now, it doesnt automatically update. there was probably some steps in between but i dont remember them off the top of my head.
