NS suddenly drops my sessions after awhile?

In the past, I could login to NS and say logged in for as long as I want. (I'm one of those keep 10 tabs open at all times kind of people.) I never did the "Remember me" or anything like that before, but it just always kept my session alive.
Probably in the last 2 weeks or so, I've been noticing that my session is automatically dropped after some time. Every morning when I wake up I have to re-login and sometimes during the day depending on how long it's been.
Did you guys change something with the login? Maybe you stopped using cookies or increased the PHP session timeout? Just wondering what's up.
Thanks!

Cowboy,
We have not intentionally changed something that would cause this. You should be able to stay loged into NS for several weeks before your session is closed, as long as you don't close your browser. Your session will remain as long as it stays open.
As another possibility, if somebody knows your password and logs in as you elsewhere, your session will be terminated.
Try changing your password to be safe and post again if this continues.

Has anybody used the Show Cover Page setting in the left sidebar?
It may have changed cookie expiry time...

Hey Paul,
Thanks for the quick response. I can say with almost 100% certainty that nobody knows my password. And yeah, I was clicking around with the Show Cover Page thing. Right now it's set to Yes (even though it doesn't seem to do anything). I'll try changing it to No and see if that has any effect. Thanks!

I tried changing it to No but it wouldn't go. Cleared cookies and tried again, still no luck.

If you are logged in, and then you clear your cookies or other IE info, it will log you out.

Hey Paul,
Sorry i missed ur follow up. I just wanted to let you know that it is still happening to me. However, it seems to be happening quicker (could just be my imagination.)
But, I get kicked out after about an hour or so. All of my other sessions in other tabs are still logged in.
Thanks for working on this!

The fix for this is being deployed tonight, and I'll have our host modify the load balancer tomorrow morning. That should fix this for good. ;)
Thanks for your patience guys..
