Rock Band Warranty

We got Rock Band for Christmas and now one of the drum pads is broken. We aren't sure how it happened or who did it, none of us seem to hit the drum pads too hard. But one of the drum pads had some kind of indentation in it, and we unscrewed the top off and it is absolutely broken. I know that EA has a good warranty policy, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows if this specific case will be covered? Thanks.

i'm gonna go ahead and put my neck out there to be chopped... Rock Band and Guitar Hero are gaysauce.

the only thing good about either of them is watching Guitar Hero's menu when you're tripping on acid.

i dont know about rock band but guitar hero isnt gay un less ypou do medium or easy modes other wise its nasty

theyre pretty good with warranty. we broke one of the guitars and got a new one.....i dont see why u wouldnt be able to get new drum pads
