Replying to How to add titles in Final Cut

So i just downloaded it a couple weeks ago and am getting pretty familiar with it from watching the online tutorials. BUT ... there are still a couple things i need to learn and if any of you guys could help me i would really appreciate it. Here's what i need to know how to do ... First i need to figure out how to fade out clips and music and second i need to know how to make titles on clips and on a black background...
