Replying to My first cork attempt:
Ok so we were all standing in our baby park..thats all we have open..above the money booter (a kicker with the landing right behind it) haha. we were contemplating on what tricks to try because the landing was soft. a young boy was throwing backflips off it so my old self am wanting to learn cork 5's. They all said no because they didnt want to land on their sides or back and said if i went first they would do it. as i roll into the jump i am thinking to myself i have this, i will get it. I roll up the lip and throw for my first cork ever. As i soar into the air approximately 3 feet above the ground and as i spin into the 360 i realize, shit im actually corked! as i am thinking this i abruptly feel the slushy wet spring snow condition upon my face and everything blurry, a pool of blood upon my snow planted face. Story short, i got the cork 540 but i didnt get my feet under me haha..i landed on my face and now i have a huge fat lip with scrapes all along my chinny chin chin.
Now that i threw my first cork i am not as scared as i was. my question is, will a bigger jump allow me to have more time to get my feet under me?
