Replying to Royal Mountain not making jumps anymore =0

Yeah from what i've been told, Royal Mountain in caroga lake, ny is not building jumps anymore because of insurence issues. I guess out west some kid shattered his spine of a kicker and his family sued the mountain for 11 million dollars and won. I think that not building jumps because of this a load of horsesh*t. Every terrain park that i have ever been to has a sign at the top saying "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK". I dont see how the mountain could be held liable for some kid that didnt know what the hell he was doing. I'm gunna have to start going to windham and gore and other places that are close for some air time.
