So me and my friends managed to get a hold of a 20 foot handrail for a back yard rail...the only problem so far is that the rail was cut off at the base so there is no way to attach supports that we can think of. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone ran into this problem and found a solution without welding new supports or digging holes in the ground, seeing as the ground is now frozen.
