okay i'm moving out there in 2 weeks and i was wondering which place i should get a pass at? which one is just better overall? i want to ride some park but steep terrain, cliffs, powder, etc is more important
Like said, if you can get two passes get snowbird/alta and park city. Park city has some decent shit, just not alot of it, enough to keep you busy for most of the day though. On the other hand alta and snowbird have stuff to keep you busy for weeks. But if you want really good park and some decent steeps etc, get a pc pass. If you want some park and more powder and big mountain stuff, brighton might be the place for your. And ahviously if you just want pow and big mnt get snowbird or alta, i prefer alta over snowbird though but everyone is different.
Park brighton. pow and steep snowbird. I think the best passes to get are Snowbird and Parkciy i have done that every year for 4 years. and befor that just snowbird. but pc and snowbird = the BEST!!
Yeah if you can only get one pass but would like both a bit of park and a sick mountain go for Brighton. But if you can handle two then get PC and Alta. I personally love the terrain and Brighton, you have sick cliff bands and great pillows along with the classic Utah pow and WAY easy back country access. PC ahviously has the best park. Perfect jumps and sick jibs. Alta and Snowbirds terrain is epic as well. Less trees and more out there. There are some big hits and good lines and cliffs and overall sick terrain at A/B as well.
In a nut shell
Can only afford one pass then go Brighton
Can afford two passes go Park City and Alta/Snowbird (Alta proffered or the combo pass).
