Replying to Some phone help

I got myself a new phone. Its kinda a crap phone. Samsung m300. Im not a fan of it but hey it does the job. I can text and make calls and take the occasional picture. anywho I want a new ringtone. I considered buying one till im like durr im dumb just get one for free. I go to sign up for mobile17 and they say they send it to me and I have to open it up via web. only thing is I cant do that cause I dont have any web on my phone. Is there any other way to get my ringtone with out using the web?
