i want to get sum skinny jeans but cant find any tht fit over my boots!
what do u guys do do u modify them or do u buy a specfic type with skinny at knee and wider at bottom?

borrow some jeans from your girlfriend. make sure they are the wide leg ones like those pants are. then just yank em over your boots and your set. the actual skinny leg jeans won't work because the leg skinnys around the ankle.

For me it's not about how it looks but how stupidly impractical it is to wear any kind of jeans while skiing.  You limit your mobility, your pants get soaked, and as this thread illustrates: you can't wear them over your boots.  You might as well be asking "How do you modify running shoes to fit mski bindings?"

Do you go to your local pond and play hockey with a golf club?  Do you play baseball with oven mitts?  Do you play soccer with a frisbee?  Do you go scuba diving with a sweat suit?

No.  Not cuz it doesn't look cool.  It's because it's so stupid to even do it.  There are reasons for certain equipment for certain sports and activities.  Honestly take a step back and take a look at how ridiculous it is to even think of wearing jeans for skiing.

Thank you, finally somebody said it. Its called BASE LAYERS. And if you can't afford any, Hit up your local walmart (Or Canadian Tire for those of us north of the border) and pick up some steezy white long underwear. I promise, your balls will thank you, and you'll ski much more comfortably.

As for wearing tight pants, Im going to let everyone in on the worlds largest secret: Jeans are divided into two main categories, Men's, and Women's. Now i understand that some of you might be confused as to which one you fall under, so please refer to the fleshy patch between your legs for guidance. If there is a little extra something there, chances are you'll want a pair of pants from the men's category. If not, please recheck fleshy patch for mistakes.

And secondly, Why do I care what you wear? Because as a male, I find it fuckin' degrading and embarrassing to be associated with someone who looks like he shrink wrapped himself into a pair of Jeans. You don't need to be baggy, just wear something that fits. For every 1 person who thinks you look cool, there are 500 that don't. And don't sit there are tell me your comfortable. Thats bullshit. Im not calling you emo or goth, Just an idiot.
