We have a winner. Its def an 86+ fiero. Not an exact match but it looks a lot like this.

To everyone that said Pontiac Fiero, you are correct.

Look at the details, it is clearly a Fiero, no doubt it has had some modofications. These were popular kit cars for doing lambo conversions (putting a body kit on it to make it look like a different car).
