Replying to Boots rubbing

I just bough some used Lange fr 120s last years. I have foot beds that are new, and i have only skied on them twice. I shredded on them today and it was pretty uncomfortable. Everything seemed tight and my the side of my pinkie toe has  a huge lump on it now. I got them fitted and the dude said they should be fine, is it just that i have to break them in? or do they not fit. plus what should i do about my bump on my foot, shit hurts.
