I'm 167, do you think it would help my skiing if i got down to 160 or little lower
(Just Jumping and Air Time)? I ride 172 Atomic Triplets. Im just looking for another opinion.

7 lbs of fat yeah not so great but of muscle is good but idk i try to keep my self under 160 right now i am 5'10'' i just stretch occsionally sit ups but i have been lazy lately so just stretching and not eating cruddy fatty food.
