righto.
i like that idea
my bad, should have clarified. he was not linking turns, as i said he was traversing the slope or what some call the falling leaf turns, because he was going one side to the other. skiers code says "Whenever starting downhill or merging into a trail, look uphill and yield to others." and thats the code i was thinkin about because he would made his turn, hed pretty much come to a complete stop, pivot and then continue, and i do realize that "People ahead of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them." is also in the responsibility code.
If it had signs that said like slow down or something, like on front slops, then i kinda woulda agreed with the old dude, but usually mogul runs (it was one right?) are you're allowed to go down whatever speed you like as long as everyone is safe on the mountain...
This guy musta seriously thought you might have injured him or someone else if you had kept skiing that way, but then if you were wearing like twin tips and had the baggy clothing and stuff on he probably woulda called the cops anyway :P
