Well, just to let folks know who might be interested, I mounted my FKS 155s to my Scratch FS today. They needed a bend to 85mm so I bent them out to about 90 just in case they end up on a wider ski down the line, using the non-dissasembly method described by Goirdyman on TGR at http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=83419 (picutures aren't working for me just now for some reason).
Anyway, it took me about 8-10 minutes in total to bend the pair compared to about 40 minutes it's taken me to do it the old way in the past a few times, and I'm damn pleased with the result. Our workshop is at -2 just now (we're complaining to the health and safety board this week) and no signs of cracking. I really recommend this method.
