Remount screwup, what to do?

well here it goes.
I decided that i was unhappy with where my skis were mounted so i figured id take them to my local shop (the old center ski and snowboard in PA) and get them remounted. i was having them moved up from the standard point to 3cm back from center which is a 6 cm difference. i took them in and thuroughly explained to the tech where i wanted them mounted showing him the line i had drawn directly onto the ski. he siad it wouldn't be a problem and that he'd have them done by thursday(today). i once again made sure he understood where i wanted them mounted and then got out of there. so today while i was in school, my dad decided to go pick them up for me. when i got home, to my suprise i found them there waiting fo me. when i first looked at them i honestly wondered why they hadnt been remounted. upon closer inspection i found that the bindings had been moved up 1cm. WTF 1cm!? who in their right mind would move their bindings up only 1cm? so now i have a set of skis with two sets of holes in them and the bindings are in practically the same spot. what should i do? should i get another remount and have 3 sets of holes? do you think i can get some new skis out of this or am i completly screwed?
if you have personally dealt with this problem or know someone who has or even if you have some advise PLEASE help me out.
thanks...

Go to the shop and be like "wtf mate?" and see what they say. They should be able to do something for you seeing how they blatenly didn't mount where you wanted them to.

Go and talk to them but don't be a dick. 3 mounts is fine. Ask politely for a free remount where you asked for it and a free full tuneup. Talk to the ski department manager and he'll most likely hook you up.

i got my 08 invaders mounted up last week, brand new brought him my bindings n everything, the guy drilled through my base, ahah not funny thought really, i went ot pik them up n they were dimpled, not completey through the base, but u could almost see the tip of the screw, the guy was sooo fuckin nicee he didnt charge me for my mount, gave me the skiis to fuck around with over the weekend, and ordereed me new skiis for free, this week i went back he swapped the bindings re mounted them on the new skiis, and didnt charge me a dime,, lol fuck i got luckyyy i guess, but ur shop should b able to do something
