Armada Warranty

I just got off the phone with armada and they said they couldn't warranty my skis because the damage appeared to be from a backseat landing.  I don't do any large jumps and I almost always land switch so I seriously doubt it's from backseat landings.  I'm not sure what caused it but it wasn't from a rail, I just looked down and it was broken, what do you guys think?  Is there anything I can do?
