Forward Flatspins?

So i keep doing frontflips but all my friends tell my its not a perfect frontflip, its like a forward flatspin, wat would this be called, is it a misty 3?

if he lands switch. i would just say its a sloppy misty, ive never heard of a forward flatspin.

No dude you're just throwing to the side you feel most comfortable on i.e. FS or BS.  Force yourself more over to your other side.  You'll end up in the middle.

flat spins are not forward.  they are essentially a off axis backflip

i used to do them by trhowing my body foward then flipping to my back and staying flat at all time.

i have also heard of a kind of forward flatspin where instead of rotating over your back you rotate over your stomach.  i have only heard of that being called a blunt roll
