i hate the idea of stealin software, but i do like havin cash in my pocket. its a better feeling when u didnt drop $400 in a couple of cd-roms. plus i kinda want to know some of its capabilities. is there other recomended software? i have a couple korg machines that i need to get rid of cuz they arent takin me down the path i'm lookin for. plus now that a have a computer of my own, i've got wider options...
ive heard that reason is harder to get good sounds from. i use reason and ableton. i'd definately recommend ableton. its such a nice and easy program to use and its got good plugins on it. you can also DJ with it
i've got the korg emx-1 and esx-1.i dont mind the emx-1 but its a big challenge to write a key part on it(especially without a midi keyboard). just want somethin a little more visual i guess. somethin that make it easy to add and cut samples.
I got a Mix Magazine the other day and they had a 3 page article on Reason 4.0...its really interesting....i haven't heard anything bad about this software...u best buy it, steal it, download it....whatever u need to do
